Nestled under the cliffs, right in the heart of the town centre, Bournemouth International Conference Centre, commonly known as BIC, is one of the largest venues for conferences, exhibitions, entertainment and events in southern England. Onsite Parking: The BIC is connected to a cashless, multi-storey public car park, with 644 paces available, open 24 hours a day. It has lift access (and stairs) to the BIC foyer from all levels. There is wider accessible parking spaces on levels 1,2 and 3.

Rail

The Bournemouth railway station is a short hour and 45 minute journey from London and approximately two hours from Bristol and Brighton. From there it is an approximately 28 minute (1.3 miles) walk to the BIC.

Accessibility

The BIC is a completely accessible venue for all and welcomes everyone.

Blue Badge Parking is available, with 35 accessibility bays located in the attached multi-storey, on levels 1, 2 and 3. This includes overlength spaces on level 1.

Accessible Toilets - there are accessible toilets located on every level of the BIC, and are all equipped with alarms if assistance is required, or in the event of an emergency.

Hearing Assistance - the Windsor Hall and Tregonwell Hall are fitted with the Sennheiser Infrared Amplification System. Users are required to use a receiver that can be either worn around the neck or used along with their own hearing aid. Receivers can also be loaned from the security office. There is no charge for this, however address details will be required, and will be destroyed upon the return of the receiver.

Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcome at the BIC! Rest assured that they will be truly pampered by the dog loving staff. If you require any water for your dog, please ask a member of the venue staff for assistance.
