ASPiH are committed to providing an environmentally friendly conference and providing sustainable options where possible.

Below are some of the ways this is being achieved:

• Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to come up with a menu that is more carbon neutral i.e. avoiding red meat and incorporating plant based foods.
• Promotional material - All pre-event collateral for the event is electronic.
• Venue - A collaborative approach to deliver on policies.
• Travel - Encourage car sharing / public transport / provide details of electric charging points.
• Badge wallet - All delegate badge wallets are clip on and will be reused.
• Plastic will be limited where possible, and we encourage all delegates to bring their own reusable water bottles.
