ASPiH are committed to providing an environmentally friendly conference and providing sustainable options where possible.

Below are some of the ways this is being achieved:

Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to come up with a menu that is more carbon neutral i.e. avoiding red meat and incorporating plant based foods.
Promotional material - All pre-event collateral for the event is electronic.
Venue - We are taking a collaborative approach to deliver on sustainability policies.
Travel - We encourage car sharing / public transport / use of near by electric vehicle charging points.
Biodegradable delegate badges.
Plastic will be limited where possible, and we encourage all delegates to bring their own reusable water bottles.
