The FIS Conference Organising Group have discussed the 2024 event format extensively,  taking into consideration many aspects including delegate, speaker and exhibitor experience, and cost.  

Regarding FIS/HIS 2024, the decision was made that this will take place in a face-to-face format as this provides the best opportunity for networking and significantly reduces the financial risk related to the conference.  Providing conferences in a hybrid format is expensive and previous experience suggests that an online / hybrid option leads to delegate numbers dropping at the face-to-face conference, which negatively impacts other features of the conference. We understand and are sorry that this will preclude attendance of some in 2024. The format of future FIS conference delivery will be reviewed by the Organising Group annually and feedback to fisconference@fitwise.co.uk is very welcome to guide these decisions.
