Some of the things we are doing to ensure that our event is equitable, diverse and inclusive:

• Supporting those with physical disabilities - accessible venue with step free access and hearing loops 
• Gender neutral toilets
• Programme / speakers have been chosen with representation in mind.  This representation is also reflected in the conference organising group
  
• Having options available for those with parental responsibilities
  
• Prayer room available at the venue for delegates to use
• Providing speakers with guidance to ensure their presentations are accessible for all
• Discounted registration rate for healthcare professional in training and grants and bursaries to support attendance
  
• Varied registration options
