- Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to come up with a menu that is more carbon neutral i.e. avoiding red meat and incorporating plant based foods.
- Promotional material - All pre-event collateral for the event is electronic.
- Venue - We are taking a collaborative approach to deliver on sustainability policies
- Travel - We encourage car sharing / public transport / use of near by electric vehicle charging points.
- Biodegradable delegate badges.
- Plastic will be limited where possible, and we encourage all delegates to bring their own reusable water bottles.
