Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to come up with a menu that is more carbon neutral i.e. avoiding red meat and incorporating plant based foods.

Promotional material - All pre-event collateral for the event is sent  electronically.

Travel

We encourage delegates to consider car sharing / public transport options, and provide details of electric charging points.

Delegate Bags

We will be utilising a virtual delegate bag as opposed to a physical delegate bag.
