Visa applications
Anyone requiring a letter to support a visa application should follow this process:
- Register and pay (as above)
- Email the following details to events@fitwise.co.uk
- Name of event (International Heart Valve Congress)
- Name of delegate
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Passport Expiry
On receipt of the above, a letter confirming registration will be sent by email directly to the delegate.
Letters will not be sent until registration and payment has been completed.
A limited number of room are available for delegates in nearby hotels. Please contact admin@internationaltavicongress.com for details
