At FIS 2021 we want you to feel safe and to mitigate any COVID-19 concerns you may have.  As such we are going above and beyond government-recommended policies and have taken guidance from the policies across the 4 home nations.

Here are some of the measures we will have in place for the in-person element:

Before attending:

·         We encourage you to have a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) before travelling to Manchester 

·         Please ensure you have ordered adequate personal LFTs to cover your attendance: 

During the conference:

·         We recommend that face coverings are worn throughout Conference, apart from when drinking or eating

·         There will be 1-meter social distancing in the lecture theatre and we encourage everyone to maintain this in the                exhibition hall and throughout the venue

·         Manchester Central has enhanced cleaning in place, with high touch points sanitised regularly

·         Hand sanitising stations will be located throughout the venue

·         Contactless payment is available at the Venue

·         Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) – The HVAC system at the venue is regularly maintained to best              practice engineering standards, with fresh air exchange maximised within the venue
