Just some of the things we are doing to make our event more sustainable:

• Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to come up with a menu that is more carbon neutral i.e. avoiding red meat and incorporating plant based foods
• Delegate Bags - We will have a virtual delegate bag as opposed to a physical delegate bag
• Promotional material - All pre-event collateral for the event is electronic
• Venue - A collaborative approach to deliver on policies
• Travel - Encourage car sharing / public transport / provide details of electric charging points
• Badge wallet - All delegate badge wallets are clip on and will be reused
• Delegates who wish to have a lanyard are encouraged to bring their own
• Delegates are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles
