Terms and conditions of registration
In order to confirm your place at this event please read the following statement and tick to confirm that you are in agreement.   As per our data consent statement, your details will be shared with “Talking Slides”, a third-party e-conference provider.  This is purely to facilitate your access to this e-conference.

Sharing of sign-in details is prohibited
System analytics monitors users and flags suspicious activity (e.g. irregular sign-in activity on multiple devices).   Any attendee who is found to have shared their sign-in details will have their access revoked.  Where a registration fee has been paid, the attendee will not be entitled to a refund.  Where an event has been awarded with CPD accreditation, fraudulent attendees will be unable to retrieve their certificate to present to the accrediting body.

Access
You can use any PC, laptop, tablet or mobile smart device. We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your web browser to ensure optimum performance.  Some firewalls may restrict access.  In such cases we suggest you use an alternative or personal device. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access the event.

Disclaimer
The conference organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice. 

Payment Terms
Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice.  Invoices not paid within 30 day net will incur an 8.5% charge.  If booking within 30 days of the event, payment must be received 3 weeks prior to the event start date.  If within this 3 week timescale, payment must be made at time of registration.

Invoice requests
It is your responsibility to make sure that your finance department processes the invoice in time.  Registrations requesting payment by invoice will only be processed if a purchase order is entered on the payment request page.  Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice issue date. If paying by BACS please send a copy of the BACS payment advice note either by fax to +44 (0) 1506 811477 or email to remittance@fitwise.co.uk.

Cancellations
No refunds will be offered for cancelled or unused registrations.
