Prostate Cancer Research (PCR) are pleased to offer a number of funded registration places to BAUN 2025 in Edinburgh.
Please read the below terms and conditions very carefully. You will be asked to adhere to these as part of your application.
To be eligible for a PCR funded place you must:
Funding Breakdown
Funding supplied by PCR covers a full place at conference for 2 x full days of conference including catering, for 1 named individual. This is non transferrable.
Accommodation
If required, accommodation will be booked on your behalf. This is for a standard double room for one occupant on Sunday 17th and Monday 18th of November 2025.
If you choose to book an additional night it is your responsibility to pay for any extra nights or charges.
Travel
You must book your own travel but this will be reimbursed up to the value of £100 (including VAT).
Copies of your receipts must be received by Fitwise Management Ltd by Friday 19th December 2025.
Funding does not apply to the Sunday workshops or include an Annual Awards Dinner ticket.
If your application for a funded place is successful, you will be sent a link to download a travel expense claim form.
Confirmation of Attendance
You must have approved study leave from your manager prior to submitting your registration.
Non-Attendance at Conference
If you are selected for a funded place and if you do not attend conference, an invoice will be sent to you for the full cost of the conference place applied for plus any associated costs attached to your attendance i.e. cost of hotel accommodation.
Post Conference
As part of your funded place you will be required to give feedback via the post conference survey and will also be contacted to provide content for PCR's newsletter and social media.
You must first apply to be selected for a Funded Delegate Registration Place for BAUN 2025. If you meet all the criteria as highlighted in the above Terms and Conditions your application will be processed on a 'first come, first served' basis.
If your application is successful, a link to a registration site will be emailed to you for you to then process your registration. This email will also contain details to enable you to book your accommodation if required. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for any of the Sunday workshops or the Annual Awards Dinner at this stage.
The Urology Foundation offer grants of up to £500 are available to attend an educational or training course, or conference, which you feel would help you in your clinical practice.
The Urology Foundation's travel grants are open to urology researchers, trainees, consultants, nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs) living and working in the UK or Republic of Ireland (ROI). We accept applications for our travel grants at any time.
