Just some of the things we are doing to make our event more sustainable:

• Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to prepare a menu that is more carbon neutral.
• Programmes - will not be available in printed format. These can be viewed via the app or the QR code at the event.
• Venue - A collaborative approach to deliver on venue policies
• Travel - We encourage car sharing and the use of public transport.  Payable car charging is available within half a mile of the venue.
• Badge wallet - All delegate badge wallets are clip on and will be reused
• Lanyards - Delegates who wish to have a lanyard are encouraged to bring their own
• Water Bottles - Delegates are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles
