Proof of registration / identification onsite
You will be asked to show proof of registration when collecting your attendee badge. This may cause a slight delay at the registration desk on the day however we thank you for being patient with our team.
Why have we implemented this requirement at our events?
- To ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
 - To protect attendees’ personal data.
 - To ensure effective and reliable tracking.
 - To protect the financial integrity of the event.
 
What proof of registration or forms of ID are accepted? 
- Event confirmation or reminder email - simply show us your confirmation of registration or reminder email on your phone/smart device (we advise against printed copy for environmental sustainability reasons)
 
If for any reason you cannot access your email onsite, as an alternative you can show a form of ID such as
- bank / loyalty card
 - photo ID (driver’s license or similar)
 - utility bill or similar
 - passport
