You can register onsite at the event - please download this hard copy application form and bring it with you (completed) on the day.
Visa applications
Anyone requiring a letter to support a visa application should follow this process:
- Register and pay (as above)
- Email the following details to events@fitwise.co.uk
- Name of event (TAVI 2020)
- Name of delegate
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Passport Expiry
On receipt of the above, a letter confirming registration will be sent by email directly to the delegate.
Letters will not be sent until registration and payment has been completed.
