Wellness Workshop: Body and Mind
Supporting ostomates with their everyday wellbeing
SecuriCare has been looking after ostomates and their supplies
since 1984. We’re now in 2021 and bringing to you a new form of
support… a virtual workshop! The Covid-19 outbreak has forced
many of us into a very different way of living. As we adapt to our
‘new normal’ feelings of anxiety, fear, and loneliness are common
and can compromise our mental health. In these unusual times,
mental wellbeing is as important as physical wellbeing.
