Accessibility

Entrances: All public entrances allow step free access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and automatic doors. Once inside the venue, all floors are on a level, offering unobstructed travel to all areas of both the museum and events venue. There are lifts available to access the lower floors and dedicated chairlifts to access the upper floors.

Free Parking: The National Conference Centre has multiple designated bays for accessible access that are ideally located in close proximity to the building entrances to allow for easy access.

Assistance Dogs: You are more than welcome to bring your assistance dog into the National Conference Centre. Rest assured they will be truly pampered by our dog loving staff.

Toilets: There are dedicated accessible toilets throughout both the museum and conference centre that offer the privacy and facilities you require.
