Terms and conditions:

• Once submitted abstract content cannot be amended. 
  
•  If accepted the presenting author must register to attend the conference. 
  
•  Last date for submission is Sunday 12 March 2023. 
  
•  Ideally the submitter should be the presenting author.  
  
• If this is not possible the replacement presenter must be a named author on the original submission. 
  
•  As the number of oral and poster presentation slots are limited, the judging panel may suggest an abstract is accepted in the alternative presentation format. 
  
•  If chosen to present a poster or oral paper at conference, the author will be required to make his/her presentation available for publishing on the relevant website. 
  
•  The presenting author (as indicated on the submission) will be notified of the decision of the judging panel on or around 20 March 2023. The decision of the panel is final. 
  
•  The submitter is responsible for obtaining consent to publish the names of authors/co-authors. 
  
•  Poster presenters may be asked to provide a PDF of their posters in advance of conference. 
  
•  The submitter is responsible for obtaining consent to publish the names of authors/co-authors.
  
• Please remember: If accepted for either a poster or oral presentation, the presenting author must register for conference attendance and will be liable for the applicable delegate fee.
