Just some of the things we are doing to make our event more sustainable:

Lunch menus at the event - We will work with the venue to come up with a menu that is more carbon neutral i.e. avoiding red meat and incorporating plant based foods

Promotional material - All pre- event collateral for the event is electronic

Venue - A collaborative approach to deliver on policies

Travel - Encourage car sharing / public transport 

Badge wallet - All delegate badge wallets are clip on and will be reused. Delegates who wish to have a lanyard are encouraged to bring their own
