At IP2025, the health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. While we strive to provide a variety of food options, we want to inform you that some of our offerings may contain nuts/seeds or have been prepared in environments where cross-contamination with nuts/seeds is possible.  If you have a nut/seed allergy, we strongly advise you to exercise caution and consider your options carefully. Payment by invoice
In line with NHS and other organisations procurement practices we have a strict "no PO, no registration" policy.  If you have selected to pay by Purchase Order, you must insert a valid Purchase Order Number at the time of registering in order to complete your registration.  PLEASE NOTE:  A copy of the Purchase Order MUST be sent to Fitwise at events@fitwise.co.uk within 2 weeks of registration.

If you are unable to pay by card or provide a PO issued by your employer, please contact events@fitwise.co.uk for advice on how to proceed with your booking.

Payment MUST be received in advance of the event or you may not be able to attend.
