The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. While we work closely with venues to provide a variety of food options, please be aware that some offerings may contain allergens or be prepared in environments where cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, we strongly advise you to exercise caution and evaluate the food options carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any food items available at this event.

We recommend consulting with a medical professional regarding your dietary needs before attending. By attending, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks regarding food allergies.

Welcome Reception - 15th September 2026

We will have a Welcome Reception on the afternoon of Tuesday 15th September, which is included in your conference registration.  This will be held in the Assembly Buildings.  For catering planning, please let us know if you intend to attend this by ticking the box below.

Conference Dinner - 17th September 2026

Your full conference registration includes 1 ticket for the conference dinner which will take place at the Titanic Museum from 19.00 til late on Thursday 17th September.   Your ticket includes a prosecco welcome reception, 3-course meal and entertainment.

You must select your ticket below to have this on your registration record and confirm your registration.  If you do not select below, you will not have a ticket and will not gain entry to the event.  

The next page will allow you to buy additional tickets for guests.

Conference Dinner - Additonal tickets

If you have purchased a one day ticket you do not have the conference dinner included in your ticket.  If you would like to purchase a ticket/additional tickets for the conference dinner, please select below. 

The conference dinner which will take place at the Titanic Museum from 19.00 til late on Thursday 17th September.   Extra tickets cost £100 each and include a prosecco welcome reception, 3-course meal and entertainment.

Pre-Conference Masterclasses

ICCH 2026 will be hosting Pre-Conference Masterclasses again this year.  Further information can be found HERE.  Please make your selection below.

These courses will take place on Monday 14th September

As some of these masterclasses run concurrently, if you have selected more than one, please check the website for timings to ensure you can attend both.

Payment by invoice (Purchase Order)
In line with NHS and other organisations procurement practices we have a strict "no Purchase Order Number, no registration" policy.  If you have selected to pay by Purchase Order, you must insert a valid Purchase Order Number at the time of registering in order to complete your registration.  If you do not have a Purchase Order Number, please either cancel your registration and continue once you have this or select to pay by debit or credit card.
