WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have registered, you will be instructed by email how to access the e-conference website and be issued your unique password 48 hours before the event goes live, which will grant you access to the e-conference. If you have not received your email within the time frame stated, please check your junk or spam folder or contact events@fitwise.co.uk
The conference will be open online from 3pm on Saturday 4 December 21
and will then be available as 'catch-up TV' until Friday 4 February 22
