If you are a member of a 2025 participating FIS society, you are entitled to the member registration rate.  Member societies are listed below.  During this registration you will be asked to confirm the society of which you are a member. If you are not a member of any of these societies you should select the non-member registration option.

If you are a society member, you will need your membership number to qualify for the membership rate.  If you don't know your membership number please call the relevant society office to obtain it.

Social events

At FIS 2025, there will be two social events as follows:

 

Tuesday 2 December - Lowbury Reception, Exhibition Hall, BIC - This event is free of charge but we kindly ask you to confirm if you will be attending for catering purposes.  Drinks and canapes will be provided.

 

Wednesday 3 December - Social Event, Aruba, Pier Approach, Bournemouth - You can purchase a ticket below, tickets are priced at £15.00.  Your ticket will include welcome drinks and buffet food.

Payment by invoice
In line with NHS and other organisations procurement practices we have a strict "no PO, no registration" policy.  If you have selected to pay by Purchase Order, you must insert a valid Purchase Order Number at the time of registering in order to complete your registration.  If you do not have a Purchase Order Number, please either cancel your registration and continue once you have this or select to pay by debit or credit card.
