• Presentation type (poster and/or oral)
• Topic category (if applicable)
• Details of author and co-authors
• Decision on who will be presenting author
• Main body of submission (please use appropriate sub heading structure e.g. introduction and demonstration of importance, background, relevance, project details and outcomes and conclusions)
• Conflicts of interest if applicable
